Taxation – Obtaining TIN Filing Income Tax Return and pleading the Assessment Appeal in respect of Companies/Individuals/Organizations

VAT – Obtaining VAT Registration Certificate, Filing VAT Returns of various concerns

Company Matters – Company Formation, Incorporation, SEC formalities including drafting of Memorandum and Article of Association
