Mr. Nurul Islam Chowdhury is Senior Partner of Atik Khaled Chowdhury, Chartered Accountants a Fellow Chartered Accountant, has more than 45 years of professional experience including more than 17 years of working internationally. He is specialized in auditing, corporate finance, management consulting, consultancy in public offering, feasibility, transaction services and taxation services and other risk advisory services.

Mr. Nurul Islam Chowdhury has more professional experience covering all aspects relating to Accounting, Auditing, Budgeting, MIS, Payroll/Company’s Income Tax planning & assessment, VAT payment, Customs, Employees’ payroll, Incentive & Retirement benefit (Provident Fund, Gratuity, etc.), Banking, Insurance, Company Law &  Secretarial affairs, project management, Managing fund, business process re-engineering, transforming the business from manual to automation, Assessing investment risk and return/profitability and liquidity in various organizations including in and outside Bangladesh. Prior to join Atik Khaled Chowdhury, Chartered Accountants, He worked as Secretary in The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).

In addition to various audit and assurance services, he leads corporate advisory and transaction services and as team leader involved in numerous financial and tax due diligences, valuation exercises and feasibility study, business and capital planning assignments advising clients on acquisition, merger, disposal, business restructuring and listing on stock exchange. He is knowledgeable in BFRS and Bangladesh Auditing Standards.
